Job summary

March Recruitment is seeking a Warehouse Operative to support day-to-day warehouse operations, ensuring stock is received, stored and dispatched accurately. You will work closely with internal teams and customers while upholding quality, safety and compliance.

Responsibilities include receiving, checking and recording stock, picking and packing orders with documentation, and helping with stock rotation, temperature recording, and general admin.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Excellent communication with internal and external stakeholders.
• Flexible team player who can work independently when required.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel).
• Forklift licence and driving licence beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Assist with receiving, checking and recording stock, reporting discrepancies promptly.
• Pick, pack and prepare customer orders with needed documentation.
• Support stock rotation, stock takes, temperature recording, cleaning and general warehouse administration.
• Work in line with SOPs, GDP guidelines, security procedures and Health & Safety requirements.
• Liaise with internal departments to meet delivery requirements and support improvement activities.
