Sil-Mid, a specialist supplier to Aerospace and Aviation, is seeking a proactive Warehouse Operative in the Birmingham area. You will manage stock intake, prepare goods for dispatch, and ensure safety and quality compliance in a fast-paced warehouse.

Key duties include goods receiving, picking, packing, stock control, labeling, and operating a forklift safely. The role requires attention to detail, reliability, and teamwork in a lively environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in a Warehouse or Manufacturing environment.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Comfortable in a fast-paced setting.

Responsibilities

• Goods receiving and stock intake.
• Pick, pack and prepare goods for dispatch.
• Maintain accurate stock control and stock locations.
• Label items (barcode and CLP) and prevent stock loss.
• Operate forklift safely and responsibly.
• Keep warehouse clean and tidy and comply with quality processes.
