Job summary

Zachary Daniels Recruitment are recruiting a part-time Supervisor for a fashion retailer in Nottingham. The role is 32 hours per week, supporting the Store Manager and leading from the shop floor to deliver an outstanding customer experience while driving sales and team performance.

The position offers a £15.00–£16.00 per hour rate, a performance bonus, staff discount, pension, 28 days’ holiday pro rata, and opportunities for progression and training.

• Experience in a fast-paced retail environment as a Retail Supervisor, Senior Sales Assistant, Keyholder, Team Leader or Assistant Manager.

The Role

As Supervisor, you'll play a key role in the day-to-day running of the store. You'll coach the team, drive commercial performance and ensure every customer receives a first-class shopping experience.
