Qualifications

• Experience in a customer service role with face-to-face interaction.
• Knowledge of High Street fashion is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Optimise sales and individual customer purchases.
• Engage customers with first-class service.
• Operate till and handle financial transactions.
• Replenish stock with fashion products and brands.
• Assist with deliveries and stock handling during peak periods.
• Undertake cleaning and housekeeping duties.
• Ensure compliance with company procedures.
• Take responsibility for personal development and improvement.
