Job summary

YOURS in Stirling is looking for a friendly, energetic Retail Sales Assistant who loves fashion and delivering outstanding customer care. You will focus on boosting sales, assisting customers face-to-face, and handling till transactions with accuracy.

Replenishing stock, supporting deliveries, and keeping the store clean are part of the role, with a strong emphasis on health and safety and working in a fast-paced, fashion-forward team that values enthusiasm and excellent service.

Qualifications

• Face-to-face customer service experience is highly desirable.
• Experience in a retail environment with a quality brand is desirable but not essential.
• Knowledge and understanding of High Street fashion.
• Proven ability to work well within a team and to use own initiative.

Responsibilities

• Optimise sales and individual customer purchases
• Engage the customer by delivering a first class customer service
• Operate till and handle financial transactions
• Replenish stock with our products and brands
• Assist with deliveries and stock handling during peak periods
• Undertake cleaning and housekeeping duties
