Job summary

Zachary Daniels is recruiting an Ecommerce Assistant to join a growing fashion business. This is a brilliant opportunity for someone at the start of their ecommerce career who wants to learn, get involved and build experience across product, content, stock and the day-to-day running of an online business.

You’ll join a busy, collaborative team where you’ll work with different areas of the business and see first-hand what goes into getting products online and ready for customers.

Qualifications

• Around 12 months’ experience within ecommerce, digital, retail administration, product or a similar role.
• Confidence using Excel or Google Sheets and working with data.
• Strong attention to detail, particularly when working with product information and pricing.
• Good organisation skills and the ability to manage different priorities.
• An interest in fashion, ecommerce and online retail.
• Some experience using an ecommerce platform would be helpful.

Responsibilities

• Uploading and launching new products across ecommerce platforms.
• Creating and updating product descriptions, pricing and imagery.
• Keeping product information and availability accurate and up to date.
• Carrying out regular website checks and supporting general ecommerce maintenance.
• Helping coordinate products and samples for content and photoshoots.
• Maintaining accurate product, stock and sample trackers.
• Working with different teams to make sure the right products and information are available when needed.
• Supporting product data uploads and maintaining spreadsheets.
• Keeping internal teams updated on stock and product availability.
• Getting involved in wider ecommerce and product activity as you develop within the role.
