Reporting to the company's CEO, we are a luxury Italian fashion brand seeking a Boutique Manager with fashion experience in the UK. We desire a talented retailer who is highly commercial, dynamic, and proactive, with a strong understanding of fashion display and merchandising. The ideal candidate should also excel in providing exceptional customer experiences and have a passion for success.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Lead and coach your team to reach their full potential, fostering a fun and uplifting environment.
2. Act as a brand ambassador, promoting the Piazza Castello brand through your team.
3. Maintain high standards of customer service, visual presentation, profitability, and store productivity.
4. Make commercial decisions and identify business opportunities to drive results.
5. Ensure customer-centric decision-making in all aspects of store management.
6. Create compelling window and in-store displays to attract and retain customers, matching collections to customer profiles.
7. Achieve KPI targets and perform independently under pressure.
8. Train and develop your team, demonstrating leadership and initiative.
