Boutique Manager - Marlow, Buckinghamshire

Nestled on the River Thames, Marlow is home to two Michelin-starred restaurants by the renowned Tom Kerridge. A buzzing high street full of independent boutiques and art galleries, as well as a calendar of events including the Marlow Regatta and local festivals that draw in thousands each year.

We are now looking for a passionate and driven Boutique Manager to lead our Marlow Boutique. This is a unique opportunity to grow the boutique and its customer base in a town brimming with potential.

About the Role

1. Be the face of Anthony Paul Jewellery in Marlow, delivering exceptional customer service at every opportunity.
2. Drive sales with confidence, enthusiasm, and a deep understanding of jewellery and luxury retail.
3. Ensure the smooth running of daily operations, maintaining impeccable presentation and a welcoming atmosphere.
4. Build lasting relationships with customers, offering a bespoke and personal experience.
5. Identify growth opportunities and contribute to the development of our brand presence within the local community.
6. Lead by example, maintaining high standards across all APJ locations.
7. Coordinate with workshops, outworkers, and other boutiques to ensure timely delivery of repairs, commissions, and orders.

About You

To succeed, you will need:

1. Proven sales ability within luxury jewellery retail.
2. Strong communication skills and a passion for sales.
3. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
4. Confidence working in a fast-paced environment managing multiple tasks.
