Job summary

TAGGED RESOURCES seeks a Fashion Administrator/Assistant Merchandiser in Manchester to support the Merchandiser, liaise with Buyers, and manage samples, costings and the critical path for fashion jewellery and clothing.

You will work with Sales and Buying teams, build customer relationships and oversee production dates, supplier performance and stock forecasting in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Fashion industry experience required.
• Experience liaising with Buyers/Sales team.
• Strong IT skills with Excel and Photoshop.
• Excellent organisation and deadline management.
• Ability to manage high volume orders.
• Good communication with suppliers and customers.

Responsibilities

• Look after day-to-day responsibilities of your category area.
• Liaise with customers and the Sales/Buying team.
• Maintain the critical path and production dates.
• Liaise with factories.
• Manage high volume orders.
• Negotiate prices, delivery dates and bookings.
• Raise purchase orders and costings and logistics data.
• Responsible for goods in/out and forecasting stock levels.
• Take responsibility for the critical path to keep orders on time.
• Manage supplier performance, efficiency, orders, stock levels and profitability.
• Maintain delivery dates and bookings for deliveries to customers.
• Other duties as required.
