Berry Recruitment are seeking Temporary Farm Operatives for a busy Agriculture business near Downham Market. You will harvest produce, prepare and accurately fill produce boxes, with duties conducted outdoors and involving manual physical effort. Shifts can be long (10–12 hours) with potential overtime and occasional weekends.

Some locations may require own transport; role weather dependent and could become long-term. The pay rate is £12.71 per hour and recruitment is inclusive and fair.

Working hours are Monday to Friday with the possibility of weekends and 10-12 hour shifts with the opportunity for overtime.

The pay rate is £12.71 per hour.

This work is weather dependent but could be come long-term.

Due to various locations available, it would be desirable for you to have your own transport.
