Chailey Heritage Foundation is seeking a Farm Activities Coordinator to run hands-on animal care sessions and outdoor activities for participants with complex disabilities. The role involves delivering sessions, ensuring safety, and supporting the daily farm operations with a focus on accessibility and inclusion.
You’ll work with staff, therapists and families to provide meaningful experiences, adapt activities as needed, and help grow community activities on site at Chailey, East Sussex.

LOCATION: Chailey, East Sussex (BN8 4EF)
SALARY: £25,882 - £28,263 FTE (£17,487 - £19,096 per year actual)
HOURS: 25 hrs per week – Flexibility and commitment to work weekdays, with some after school/evening and occasional weekend sessions

As our Farm Activities Coordinator, you’ll help bring that experience to life every day, creating opportunities for people to connect with animals, take part in meaningful activities and achieve more than they thought possible.
This is a hands‑on role where you’ll balance activity delivery with the day‑to‑day rhythm of farm life. You will:
