Family Action is hiring a Family Time Supervisor in Hertfordshire to provide safe, supervised family time for children and families referred by social workers. You will work with the Team Manager to ensure positive experiences and maintain accurate records.
The role requires flexibility, ability to travel to sessions across areas, commitment to safeguarding, and contribution to reports for courts and social workers. Part-time 16 hours per week with weekend duties are included.

You will be working closely with the Team Manager and Hertfordshire Children’s Services to provide a safe, happy and positive experience for families, children and young people who have been referred to the service. You will provide Supervised Family Time for those referred to the service by their Social Workers and will provide a safe and welcoming environment where families are able to build trusting relationships and where appropriate receive support, advice and guidance.
Appointments are subject to Family Action receiving a satisfactory disclosure from the Disclosure and Barring Service – ENHANCED WITH CHILD BARRED LIST
