Warwickshire County Council is recruiting a Family Support Worker to ensure family time is facilitated in a regular and safe environment. You will manage a regular caseload, coordinate transport of children to carers and liaise with social workers.

A good understanding of safeguarding, strong report writing, and the ability to adapt to changing circumstances are essential. The role offers supportive supervision, agile working, and generous leave.

Qualifications

• Knowledge around safeguarding and actions to take is essential.
• Regular caseload management and reporting are required.
• Ability to be flexible and adaptable to changing circumstances.

Responsabilités

• Transport children to and from their carers (potentially outside Warwickshire).
• Attend family time review meetings and produce recordings and reports.
• Liaise with social workers and other professionals.
• Keep risk assessments up to date in partnership with your manager.
