Warwickshire County Council is seeking an experienced Family Support Worker to join the Early Support Team on a fixed-term contract until 31 August 2027. You will deliver proactive, community-based support to children and families, focusing on the south of Warwickshire and promoting the Best Start in Life initiative.

You will run drop-in sessions, provide guidance via the Family Support Helpline, and work with partners to help families access services, using a strengths-based, restorative

• Has experience working directly with children, young people and families.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to engage with diverse communities and professionals.
