Service Care Solutions has a new and exciting opportunity which has become available working as a Family Support Worker with Oldham Council

Oldham Council are currently looking for someone who is happy to work 37 hours per week.

Responsibilities:

• Completing short breaks assessments and reviews of current short breaks packages
• Completing carers assessments and support plans
• Completing home visits to children and their families
• Working in a multi-agency manner with other professionals including health and education
• Completing direct observations and visits to children in school

Requirements:

• Experience working with families and children
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a multi-agency environment
• Experience in completing assessments and support plans
• Ability to work independently and manage own workload
