Liverpool Family Help utilizes a strength-based approach to provide empowering interventions to children and families, helping to address emerging worries and improve the long-term outcomes of children and young people. As the lead professional, you will coordinate support with multi-agency partners to ensure a whole-family approach is taken to meet the family's needs.
We are seeking an Outreach Family Support Worker to undertake Family Help assessments, create support plans, and chair Team Around the Family meetings to review progress and identify additional support needs. The role involves direct work with children and young people to explore their views and concerns, ensuring that interventions effectively improve their outcomes.
