A partnership organization is seeking a Family Support Worker in Guildford. The role involves delivering family resilience and safeguarding services, working closely with families, and requires a Level 3 qualification in education, health, or social care. The salary range for this role is £32,512 to £34,654 per annum based on a 36 hour working week.

About the Organisation
Families First Guildford delivers a joined-up offer of family resilience and safeguarding services for families with children 0 – 18 years (up to 25 years to support those with additional needs), based on a clear understanding of local needs across a district & borough.
We work across the borough of Guildford with our main site at Guildford Nursery School, Hazel Avenue.
About the Role
Families First Guildford is looking for a Family Support Worker to join our team as soon as possible.
The post is full time for 52 weeks a year and permanent.
We are looking for someone who is:
A full driving licence and use of a car is required.
The role would suit Home School Link Workers, Social Workers and qualified Family Support Assistants looking to develop into the role of a Family Support Worker.
