Responsabilités

• Provide direct support to children and families with practical and domestic tasks, as needed and health promotion activities in line with agreed steps developed as part of the action plans.
• Provide support which helps to meet social and emotional needs. Assist in tasks which support families to maintain their independence whilst keeping their children safe.
• Provide specific support to young people to access vacancies, benefits, allowances, courses, higher education, work and training.
• Alert managers to changes in family circumstances or needs and respond in emergency situations liaising with colleagues, other agencies, and carers as appropriate.
• Develop excellent relationships with parents/carers in order to influence them to understand how their parenting impacts on their family.
