Job summary

Derby City Council is seeking an enthusiastic and motivated person to join our established early intervention and integrated safeguarding team. You will be part of a locality Children's Centre and carry a caseload of families new to Derby, providing an early help package for vulnerable families and children within locality 3/4.

The role involves delivering group work for children aged 0-19 and their families across the locality.

Responsibilities

• Deliver Core Purpose services from various venues to improve outcomes for children 0-19 and their families across the locality
• Work closely with partner agencies and across a range of sites
• Deliver group work for children 0-19 and their families across the locality
• Ensure service delivery meets quality standards in line with EYFS
• Ensure cases are worked in line with the Early Help Case Guidance
