Nottingham City Council invites applications for Healthy Little Minds located in Nottingham. You will work within a hybrid model, delivering early support to babies and families, guided by safeguarding and multi-agency collaboration.

The role involves direct clinical work, supporting parent-infant relationships, running parenting groups, and coordinating with partners. A DBS enhanced check is required; starting salary £33,673 rising to £36,581, full-time 37 hours.

Formación

• Experience of supporting families to improve outcomes through early intervention.
• Experience working in partnership with professionals and agencies to support children and families.
• Knowledge of child development, baby brain development, bonding and attachment.
• Understanding of safeguarding practices and recognising risk factors that may impact on children and families.

Responsabilidades

• Provide Healthy Little Minds services ensuring babies and families receive timely support.
• Support parent-infant relationships including direct clinical work.
• Contribute to parenting groups and community engagement.
