Job summary

Cornerstone House Centre Ltd is seeking an enthusiastic Development & Engagement Officer to lead the Family Support Service. You will combine direct support for families with project development, workshop planning, partnership work and service improvement in North Lanarkshire.

You will develop new initiatives, coordinate workshops and community activities, produce management reports and help ensure the service responds to the needs of local families.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting families or communities.
• Ability to develop and deliver workshops, seminars and activities.
• Strong partnership-working and networking skills.
• Ability to analyse information and produce reports.
• An organised, proactive approach and commitment to improving outcomes for families.
• Knowledge of Community Planning, Community Boards and statutory/third-sector organisations in North Lanarkshire.
• Excellent time-management and ability to deliver targets.
• Ability to develop a work plan and deliver key targets.
