Qualifications

• Qualified Solicitor with experience in Family Law, especially children matters and domestic abuse.
• Experience handling legally aided family matters is a plus.
• Strong communication, organisational and case management skills are essential.
• Compassionate and professional approach when dealing with vulnerable clients.
• Ability to manage a caseload independently while contributing to a supportive team.

Responsabilités

• Manage a caseload of children law and domestic abuse matters, predominantly funded through legal aid.
• Provide clear, practical and compassionate legal advice to clients.
• Represent and support clients through legal proceedings.
• Prepare legal documentation, applications and court papers.
• Collaborate with colleagues within the Family Law team to maintain high standards of client care.
