Qualifications

• Qualified Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive with family law experience.
• Experience managing a caseload including divorce, finances and private children matters.
• Knowledge of Legal Aid Agency procedures would be advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Managing a varied caseload of family law matters independently.
• Advising clients on divorce, separation, financial matters and children disputes.
• Handling injunction proceedings and preparing relevant legal documentation.
• Building and maintaining strong client relationships, ensuring excellent levels of client care.
• Managing files in accordance with regulatory and compliance requirements.
