Clayton Recruitment Limited is assisting a busy family law team in recruiting Family Solicitors at different career stages. The role offers the chance to build on existing experience, handle a varied caseload, and develop practical skills in a supportive environment.

Successful candidates will work on children-related matters, care proceedings, and a range of private family law issues, with opportunities for progression and ongoing development within the department.

Qualifications

• Qualified Solicitor with experience in family law.
• Background in public law children work, with care proceedings experience particularly desirable.
• Experience handling Legal Aid family matters would be advantageous.
• Proactive approach and a genuine interest in developing within family law.
