An established Midlands firm is seeking a Family Solicitor to join their Sutton Coldfield office. This role is ideal for a qualified solicitor with 3-5+ years of post-qualification experience in family law. You will manage your own caseload, including private law children matters, divorce, financial settlements, and domestic violence cases. Qualifications

• 3-5+ Jahre PQE als Familienanwalt mit umfassenden Kenntnissen in verschiedenen Familienrechtsangelegenheiten.
• Erfahrung in der Unterstützung komplexer Fälle und der Durchführung von Advocacy.

Responsibilities

• Verantwortlich für die Bearbeitung eigener Fälle in Familienrechtsangelegenheiten.

Well established Midlands firm has a vacancy for a Family Solicitor in their Sutton Coldfield office.

You will have 3-5+ years' PQE and be responsible for your own caseload including:

• Private Law Children Matters
• Divorce
• Financial Settlements
• Separation
• Domestic Violence
• Pre and Post Nuptial Agreements
• Cohabitee disputes

In addition, you will assist the Director with more complex matters on occasion, undertake advocacy and be involved in business development and marketing.
