We are exclusively partnered with a prestigious law firm that is now seeking an Associate or Senior Associate Family Solicitor to join their well-regarded Family department. Key Responsibilities:
As an Associate or Senior Associate within this dynamic Family Law team, you will:

Manage your own caseload of private family law matters, including divorce, financial remedy proceedings, cohabitation disputes, pre/post-nuptial agreements, and private children matters.

Provide clients with clear, empathetic, and commercially sound advice, maintaining excellent communication throughout often sensitive or high-conflict situations.

Represent clients effectively in court hearings, negotiations, and dispute resolution processes.

Keep abreast of legal developments and maintain full compliance with SRA regulations and Law Society best practices.

Ensure case files are managed in line with internal standards, focusing on risk minimisation, confidentiality, and meticulous attention to detail.

Accurately record chargeable time, contributing to the team's fee-earning and billing targets.

Play an active role in business development, including nurturing client relationships, participating in marketing initiatives, and identifying cross-referral opportunities across departments.

Collaborate with and mentor junior team members, contributing to a supportive and high-performing team culture.

About You:
We're looking to speak with qualified solicitors who:

Have a minimum of 3 years' PQE in private family law within a reputable firm.

Demonstrate strong technical ability across all aspects of family law, particularly in financial remedy and child-related cases.

Are confident advocates and negotiators with an empathetic, client-first approach.

Possess strong business development instincts and a commercial mindset.

Thrive in a collaborative team and are keen to mentor more junior colleagues.

Are committed to their ongoing CPD and professional development.
