Eclectic Recruitment - Legal Recruitment Manager

We are working with a top 500 law firm based in Leicester who are looking to hire qualified Solicitors into their Family Law team as they continue to grow.

This role is a growth position and the firm would be open to taking more than one person in the team due to the significant rise in work they’ve had recently. With this in mind they would be open to experience and would consider any candidates between 1-5 years PQE.

Typical duties would include:

• Manage a varied caseload of family law matters.
• Handle divorce, property/finances, and children issues.
• Advise on pre/post-nuptial agreements.
• Deal with non-molestation applications.

The successful candidate:

• Qualified solicitor with 1-5 years PQE.
• Comfortable managing own caseload.
• Proactive and detail-oriented; eager to learn and develop.
• Committed to teamwork and contributing to the firm's success.
