Job description

Full service law firm with offices across Surrey and London are currently recruiting for an experienced Family Solicitor of 10 years + PQE to join their leadership team. The successful candidate will be working within a supportive team and will be provided with a high degree of autonomy. Partnership prospects are on offer!

Family Solicitor — Position Overview:

• Manage a full and varied caseload of HNW family matters
• Handle divorce, nuptial agreements, children and financial matters
• Competitive remuneration in line with experience and progression
• Strong opportunities for development within a growing practice

Key Responsibilities of the Family Solicitor:

• Experience providing tailored advice to HNW clients, entrepreneurs, business owners, and private individuals from diverse backgrounds.
• Experience in all aspects of childcare law

Requirements of the Family Solicitor:

• Minimum of 10 years PQE as a Family Solicitor dealing with HNW Private family matters
• Have a proven track record of developing business
• Able to maintain strong, trusted client partnerships
• Have a strong desire in taking on a leadership role and build the department further.
