Job summary

Law Staff Legal Recruitment Ltd seeks an experienced Family Solicitor (10+ years PQE) to join a leadership team within a full-service firm. The role focuses on high‑net‑worth family matters, with autonomy and partnership prospects. The position is close to Leatherhead, Surrey, with a hybrid working option after probation.

You will manage a varied caseload, including divorces, nuptial agreements, childcare and financial issues, while developing business and maintaining client partnerships.

Qualifications

• 10+ years PQE in family law (HNW).
• Proven track record of developing business.
• Strong leadership aspirations and capability.

Full service law firm with offices across Surrey and London are currently recruiting for an experienced Family Solicitor of 10 years + PQE to join their leadership team.The successful candidate will be working within a supportive team and will be provided with a high degree of autonomy. Family Solicitor — Position Overview:

• Manage a full and varied caseload of HNW family matters
• Handle divorce, nuptial agreements, children and financial matters

Key Responsibilities of the Family Solicitor:

• Experience providing tailored advice to HNW clients, entrepreneurs, business owners, and private individuals from diverse backgrounds.
• Experience in all aspects of childcare law

Requirements of the Family Solicitor:

• Minimum of 10 years PQE as a Family Solicitor dealing with HNW Private family matters
• Have a proven track record of developing business
• Able to maintain strong, trusted client partnerships
• Have a strong desire in taking on a leadership role and build the department further.
