Law Staff Ltd is a full-service law firm with offices across Surrey and London. They are seeking an experienced Family Solicitor (10+ PQE) to join their leadership team, handling a full caseload of high-net-worth family matters with autonomy and partnership prospects.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 10 years PQE as a Family Solicitor dealing with HNW private family matters.
• Proven track record of developing business
• Strong desire to take on a leadership role and build the department further.
• Able to maintain strong, trusted client partnerships
• Experience providing tailored advice to HNW clients, entrepreneurs, business owners, and private individuals from diverse backgrounds.

Responsibilities

• Manage a full and varied caseload of HNW family matters including divorce, nuptial agreements, children and financial matters.
• Experience in all aspects of childcare law.
