Job summary

Clayton Legal is seeking a Family Solicitor at NQ to 4 PQE for a well-established North West London firm. The role offers a hybrid and flexible working pattern and a salary of £47,000+ depending on experience.

You will handle a varied Family caseload across private family matters, divorce and financial matters, and children issues, with opportunities to take ownership of files and develop client relationships within a supportive team.

Qualifications

• Experience in Family Law from training or post-qualification
• Good knowledge of private Family matters
• Strong communication and client care skills
• Good attention to detail
• The ability to manage your own workload
• A genuine interest in progressing within Family Law

Responsibilities

• Work across a varied Family caseload with exposure to private family matters, divorce, financial matters, children, and cohabitation/pre/post-nuptial agreements

The Role

You will work across a varied Family caseload, with exposure to areas including:

• Private Family matters
• Divorce and separation
• Financial matters
• Children matters
• Cohabitation and pre/post-nuptial agreements
• Complex and high-value matters, depending on experience

You’ll have the support of experienced solicitors around you while also being given the opportunity to take ownership of your own files and develop your client relationships.

About You

We're looking for a Family Solicitor from NQ to 4 PQE who is keen to develop their career and become part of an established team.

You will ideally have:
