Job summary

Realm Recruit is seeking a Newly Qualified to 3 PQE Family Solicitor in Knutsford to accelerate your career in a specialist family law team handling high-value private matters from day one. You will benefit from supportive training and a merit‑based environment with strong learning opportunities.

You’ll assist Partners on complex private family matters, develop advocacy skills, draft documents, and participate in business development as you grow your own matters.

Qualifications

• Newly Qualified Solicitor to 3 years’ PQE in family law or training pathway
• Experience in family law through training, paralegal or post-qualified work is desirable
• Excellent drafting, communication and client care skills
• Strong academics with attention to detail

Responsibilities

• Assist Partners and senior lawyers on complex private family matters
• Support on divorce, financial remedy and private children cases
• Conduct legal research and draft documents
• Prepare court bundles and case documentation
• Attend client meetings and court hearings
• Support business development and marketing initiatives

If you’re an NQ-3 PQE Family Solicitor looking to accelerate your career, this is one of the strongest opportunities in the North West.

During your first year, you’ll work side‑by‑side with experienced Partners and senior lawyers, supporting on a broad range of high‑quality cases including divorce, financial remedy, high‑net‑worth matters, private children work and pre‑ and post‑nuptial agreements.

As your career develops, you’ll begin managing more of your own matters, strengthen your advocacy skills and build your profile through networking, articles and business development.
