Family Solicitor, 4+ Years PQE, Devon, £57,500 - £65,000 (DOE)

A new opportunity for an experienced Family Solicitor to join a leading firm, offering long-term career development opportunities and the chance to undertake a high calibre of work. JOB REF: 9562

Responsibilities

1. Handling a full lifecycle of family matters, including divorce, pre-nuptial agreements, children issues, separation agreements, and civil partnerships.
2. Gaining excellent exposure to a varied caseload with a sensitive approach in handling these matters.
3. Possessing a passion for business development and taking a confident lead in promoting and strengthening the firm’s standing and capabilities.

Qualifications and Skills

• Applications are sought from Family Solicitors or Legal Executives with a minimum of 4 years PQE.
• Membership of the Law Society Family Law Panel and/or Resolution Accreditation would be advantageous.
