Job summary

Supply Care Solutions is seeking Social Workers and Senior Practitioners to join the Family Support & Safeguarding Service in Oxfordshire. Roles are permanent full-time with flexible options and a salary range reflecting the level of responsibility.

Locations include Banbury, Bicester, Witney, Oxford, Abingdon, and Didcot. Candidates with UK statutory experience and ASYE completed are encouraged to apply; sponsorship may be available for international workers.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years post-qualifying UK-based statutory social work experience, with ASYE completed.
• Senior Practitioner requires at least 3 years post-qualifying experience.
• Minimum 1 year experience in long-term casework (CIN, Child Protection, Care Proceedings).
• Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle or plan to have one within 2 weeks.

Responsibilities

• Manage a caseload of children, young people, and families, ensuring voices are heard.
• Deliver high-quality social work in line with legislation and safeguarding principles.
• Prepare and present reports for child protection conferences, reviews, and legal proceedings.
• Liaise with partner agencies and attend meetings; maintain up-to-date case records.
