Confidential in Devizes, Wiltshire is seeking a Family Paralegal to join a growing family law team. You will assist solicitors with a varied caseload, draft documents, and liaise with clients, courts, and third parties.

The role offers hands-on experience across divorce, financial remedy, private children matters, and domestic abuse cases, with clear progression towards a training contract or qualification. Salary £25,000-£33,000 depending on experience; full-time, permanent.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a compassionate approach.
• Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
• Strong IT skills and experience with case management systems.
• A law degree (LLB) or LPC/SQE is preferred but not essential.
• Previous experience in family law as a paralegal or legal assistant is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Assisting solicitors with a varied caseload of family law matters.
• Drafting legal documents, correspondence, and court bundles.
