Job summary

This role is ideal for a Family Solicitor or experienced Family Lawyer available at short notice, able to work with minimal supervision and provide practical, empathetic advice while the firm completes permanent

Family Locum - Kidderminster

Start Date: ASAP | Locum

A well established law firm based in Kidderminster is looking for an experienced Family Locum to join the team on an interim basis, starting as soon as possible.

The firm is currently recruiting for a permanent member of the team, so this is an ideal opportunity for a Family Solicitor or experienced Family Lawyer who is available at short notice and can provide support while the permanent recruitment process is underway.

You will be responsible for managing your own caseload and advising clients across a broad range of family matters, including:

• Divorce and separation
• Financial remedy proceedings
• Matrimonial finances
• Property and financial disputes arising from relationship breakdown
• Negotiation and settlement
• Court proceedings
• Children matters where appropriate
• Legal Aid cases

The successful candidate will be confident managing their own caseload with minimal supervision and will provide clear, practical and empathetic advice to clients.
