Doubletrees School, part of the Special Partnership Trust, is seeking a dedicated Family Liaison Worker to support pupils, families and staff within our pastoral provision.

You will build positive relationships, coordinate meetings, lead family engagement initiatives, complete referrals, and monitor interventions to promote attendance, wellbeing and successful transitions for children with SEND.

Responsabilidades

• Build positive relationships with pupils, families and external professionals.
• Support family engagement, attendance and pupil wellbeing.
• Coordinate and lead meetings with families and partner agencies.
• Complete referrals and act as Lead Professional where appropriate.
• Organise and deliver support sessions for pupils and parents.
• Maintain accurate records and monitor the impact of interventions.
• Support admissions, transitions and pastoral projects across the school.
• Work collaboratively to ensure the best possible outcomes for children and young people with SEND.
