Our client, an established and highly regarded law firm, is offering the opportunity to join their market-leading private family law department in their Sutton Coldfield office.

They are looking to appoint a full-time or part-time Solicitor, Legal Executive, or equivalent to their family law team.

1. Demonstrate detailed knowledge and technical expertise in dealing with private family law caseloads, including:

• Divorce proceedings
• Financial remedy proceedings
• Cohabitation and separation agreements
• Pre and post-nuptial agreements
• Children matters

Build and develop new and existing client relationships.

Work effectively as a fee earner within a successful family law team.
