An established industry player is seeking a dedicated Family Hub Support Worker to provide essential support to young children and their families. This role involves delivering high-quality play services, promoting early education opportunities, and engaging families in community initiatives. You will play a crucial role in ensuring children's voices are heard and their needs are met, while also fostering positive relationships within the community. To operate as a Family Hub support worker within the Family Hub team in an agile fashion at a variety of outreach settings (including home visiting) within a district, providing 1:1 and group support to young children and their families.
This role is subject to an Enhanced Disclosure Application to the Disclosure and Barring Service.
The position is customer-facing, and the Council requires candidates to demonstrate sufficient spoken English/Welsh for effective job performance, as per the standards outlined in the Job Description/Person Specification.
