Eden Brown Synergy is seeking a Family Help Team Leader to oversee the Gloucestershire Stroud Family Help Team. You will ensure quality practice and timely interventions within an area-based team, supervising staff delivering support under Early Help and Child in Need frameworks.

You will drive high-quality practice, support recruitment and staff development, and foster effective cross-agency collaboration, with hybrid working and office presence required three days a week.

Responsabilidades

• support the operational delivery of the Family Help Team
• develop and motivate multidisciplinary staff
• promote consistent, high-quality Family Help practice
• contribute to service objectives, standards and improvement activity
• build effective multi-agency partnerships
• make evidence-based decisions concerning requests for support and resource allocation
• use team-level information to help services respond to local need
• contribute to recruitment, employee development and effective management of resources
• There is an expectation that you will be in the office for at least 3 days per week depending on business needs
