Eden Brown Synergy is recruiting a Family Help Team Leader for the Forest of Dean area in Gloucestershire. The role provides operational oversight and quality assurance of Family Help practice within an area-based team, supporting workers to deliver timely, evidence-informed interventions.

You will supervise colleagues under the Targeted Early Help and Child in Need frameworks, manage caseloads, allocate resources, and ensure compliance with legislation and GCC policies. Hybrid working available.

Responsabilidades

• Provide operational oversight and quality assurance of Family Help practice within an area-based team.
• Support workers to deliver high-quality, timely and evidence-informed interventions reflecting Gloucestershire's practice model.
• Directly supervise colleagues delivering support under the Targeted Early Help and Child in Need frameworks.
• Ensure compliance with legislation, statutory guidance and GCC policies; manage resource allocation.
