The Cumberland is seeking an experienced Family Help Locality Team Manager to lead a team delivering early intervention services for children, young people and families across Cumberland. The role focuses on safeguarding, high-quality practice and improving outcomes, with a maternity cover fixed-term of 12 months.

You will provide leadership, oversight and professional challenge, working with education, health and social care partners to drive a strengths-based approach and ensure timely support

Qualifications

• Experience leading/mentoring frontline teams in early intervention or children and families services.
• Ability to establish safeguarding and high-quality practice standards.
