Enfield Council is seeking an experienced Family Help Advanced Practitioner to join the Children’s Services hub in Enfield Town. You will work with advanced social work practitioners and family help practitioners to assess, plan and review interventions for children and families, empowering positive change.

You will carry a small caseload and supervise a practitioner while helping to drive improvement, safety and timely support across teams.

Formación

• Registered social workers with management experience.
• Experience applying strength-based assessments and planning.
• Ability to lead and develop a multidisciplinary team.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and line-manage a team within the Family Help service to deliver timely support.
• Carry a small case load while supervising a family help practitioner.
• Drive high-quality practice and continuous service improvement.
