Pact (the Prison Advice & Care Trust) is seeking a part-time Family Engagement Manager to lead the delivery of family services at HMP Erlestoke. The role includes overseeing assessments, advocacy, visits (in person and online) and ensuring a positive visitor experience within the Visits Centre.

You will coordinate multi-agency work, apply safeguarding knowledge, provide excellent customer service and IT skills, and manage a demanding workload while building partnerships with probation, prison

Competenze

• Demonstrated customer service experience in a demanding environment.
• Knowledge of safeguarding/child protection practice is desirable.
• Ability to manage a heavy workload and meet deadlines.
