Telford and Wrekin Council is recruiting a Family Connect Advisor for the new Family Connect service, a multi-agency approach to safeguarding children and families. The role is a 37-hour-per-week secondment for 12 months, based at Darby House, Monday to Friday, 8:50am to 5pm.

You will be the point of contact, providing timely information, advice and guidance to partners and the public to ensure the right service is delivered at the right time, in the right place by the right people.

Qualificações

• Experience in administrative/clerical work.
• Ability to work across multi-agency safeguarding context.
• Excellent communication and information sharing.

Responsabilidades

• Provide timely information, advice, guidance and support to stakeholders to ensure right service access.
• Operate standard office hours Monday-Friday 8:50am-5pm at Darby House.
• Support the Family Connect multi-agency partnership to safeguard children and young people.
