Job summary

Double Impact, part of the Nottingham Recovery Network, is seeking a Family and Carers Recovery Worker in Nottingham City. You will support families and carers of service users, working both 1-1 and in group settings, alongside colleagues and peer mentors to promote recovery and hope.

The role emphasizes compassionate, non-judgmental support for families and carers affected by drug and alcohol use, with an opportunity to contribute to a positive recovery journey in a community-focused setting.

Qualifications

• Experience facilitating group work.
• Experience working with families and carers.
• Basic IT skills and familiarity with basic IT packages and systems.

Responsibilities

• Support families and carers in 1-1 and group settings.
• Collaborate with NRN colleagues and peer mentors to provide holistic support.
• Promote recovery messages and aspirational goals among service users and their families.
