Job summary

Double Impact is seeking Recovery Connectors to join the Nottingham Recovery Network in Nottingham City. This is a 12-month fixed term contract based on 13.5 hours per week.

You will be in long-term recovery and support others to achieve abstinence, guiding service users through their recovery journeys alongside managers, team leaders and peer mentors. You will help them navigate treatment pathways and maintain motivation.

Qualifications

• DI Mentoring Training is preferred.
• Reliable and able to work with basic IT packages.

Responsibilities

• Support service users to take the recovery journey and complete treatment.
• Build recovery capital and help navigate treatment journeys with peers and managers.
• Provide one-to-one mentoring and signpost to mutual aid, education, volunteering and employment opportunities.
• Promote recovery and possibility thinking to motivate other service users.
• Uphold Double Impact values at all times and bring personal lived experience to the role.
