The Nottingham Recovery Network is seeking Recovery Connectors to support individuals in Nottingham City on their journey to abstinence and sustainable change. This fixed-term 12-month post emphasizes mentoring, peer support and working with a multi-team network that includes DI and NHS Foundation Trust partners.

Ideal candidates will have personal recovery experience, reliability, and basic IT skills, with a commitment to championing recovery, aspiration, and hopeful outcomes for service users.

Formación

• Willingness to mentor service users through their recovery journey.
• Reliability and commitment to the Recovery Connectors role.
• Familiarity with basic IT packages is preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Provide one-to-one mentoring to clients to support recovery journeys.
• Help orientate and induct new clients within the service.
• Signpost and refer to treatment/community support services as needed.
• Promote recovery as real and achievable to service users.
