Job summary

David Lloyd Leisure Ltd. Shawfair is seeking a part-time Family Activity Supervisor to lead a team delivering children’s activities with energy and structure.

You will drive participation in Core Club programmes, Holiday activities and children’s parties, while ensuring high standards of safety and customer care at all times. You will need a qualification in teaching, childcare or sports coaching and strong communication to engage families and children across a lively club environment.

Qualifications

• Must have a qualification in a relevant teaching, childcare or sport coaching discipline.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to lead and energise a group of children with confidence.

Responsibilities

• Deliver and lead children's activities as part of the club's programme.
• Coordinate and supervise activity sessions with enthusiasm and structure.
• Ensure safety and compliance with the Children's Safety Guide at all times.
