Job summary

David-Lloyd-Clubs is seeking a Family Activity Supervisor to lead the delivery of children’s activities across Core Club, Holiday programmes and parties. You will manage a team with energy and confidence while maintaining high safety and customer service standards.

The role requires qualification in teaching, childcare or sports coaching, and a passion for engaging children in sport and activity. Perks include free club membership for you and your family, discounts, and career progression

Qualifications

• Qualified in teaching, childcare or sports coaching discipline.
• Ability to lead and manage a group of children with confidence and energy.
• Excellent customer service and communication with children and parents.
• Ensure all services meet the Children’s Safety Guide requirements at all times.

Responsibilities

• Deliver children’s activities including Core Club Programme, Holiday Active Programmes and children’s parties.
• Lead your team to deliver activities with structure and enthusiasm, maximizing participation.
